Personal Injury:
Represented hundreds of injury cases, including multi-million and six-figure cases. Been successful against auto, home and life insurance companies. Successful in both settling and litigating against major corporations – including casinos, manufacturers, utility companies, and insurance companies. Representation of all types of cases from soft tissue injuries to wrongful deaths including motor vehicle accidents, dog bite cases, premises liability, and wrongful terminations.
Criminal Defense:
Representation of hundreds of clients since 1985. All types of cases including DUIs, misdemeanors, felonies and co-counsel on murder cases.
Juvenile Defense:
Represented thousands juveniles since 1985 for all types of offenses including property crimes, armed robberies, sexual assaults and murders. This includes hundreds of certification cases, in which the state is attempting to transfer a juvenile into the adult criminal system.
